By accessing or using SportsVybe’s services via the website (sportsvybe.com) or mobile app (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) entered into with SportsVybe, LLC. If you do not agree, do not use SportsVybe.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 18+ for event organizers and venues).
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• Using the platform on behalf of a business or organization must be authorized.

SportsVybe, LLC provides a digital platform that enables users to:

• Discover and join sports events and venues through our mobile app
• Organize and manage bookings as a host or venue via our web platform
• Facilitate secure payments and event coordination between users and venues

SportsVybe does not own or operate any venues or directly organize or supervise any events. We provide tools and infrastructure only. All event participation is at your own risk.

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not post offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Respect other users, facilities, and the community.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your facilities.
• Honor accepted bookings and communicate cancellations in advance.
• Ensure facilities meet safety and operational standards.

SportsVybe uses Stripe to process payments. By using our platform, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. All financial transactions are handled securely by Stripe on behalf of venues and organizers.

• Booking and event payments are processed via Stripe using your saved or entered payment method.
• Fees and booking charges are determined by the venue or organizer, not SportsVybe.
• All charges are visible at checkout before confirmation.
• Any payment disputes, refund requests, or chargebacks must be handled directly with the venue or event organizer.

SportsVybe does not issue refunds and is not responsible for resolving disputes between users and venues.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual venue or event organizer. It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies prior to booking.

• Venues may allow cancellations or rescheduling within a certain timeframe.
• Organizers may decline refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• SportsVybe does not control refund decisions and is not responsible for enforcing cancellation policies.

All refund or cancellation requests must be directed to the venue or organizer listed in your booking.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a harmful, abusive, or illegal manner.

SportsVybe and its logo, platform design, and original content are the property of SportsVybe, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our permission.

By submitting content (e.g., events, reviews), you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform.

SportsVybe is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsVybe, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Participation in events or sports activities
• Venue conditions or organizer actions
• Disputes between users or payment issues

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify users of significant changes, and continued use of SportsVybe constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

By participating in any sports activity, booking, or event through SportsVybe, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents.

SportsVybe, LLC is not responsible or liable for any physical injuries, medical conditions, damages, or losses that occur before, during, or after any event or booking arranged through our platform.

Venues, event organizers, and users are solely responsible for ensuring the safety, legality, and proper conduct of their events. We do not supervise, inspect, or control the condition of facilities, skill level of participants, or the safety of any activities listed on the platform.

We recommend that users consult with a physician before participating in physical activity and always exercise caution and good judgment.
